While the food was hot when we brought it home, my sesame chicken was dry and lacking flavor. The yakisoba was good and enjoyed by my whole family. We also got chicken teriyaki and the sauce was flavorful, but the chicken pieces were both dry and some were chewy. We may have just gone on a bad day, and willing to try again, but for now I'll stick with my 3 star rating.

I placed an order for pick up at 12:05, it wasn't ready until 12:20. The service isn't fast, but the food is well worth it.

Amazing food and even better service. Everything tasted delicious and the people working were very sweet. This is definitely one of my new favorite restaurants. Kay’s Teriyaki is amazing.

I had scheduled for the order to be picked up at 4pm and they called me before 3pm that it was ready. I could not go pick it up until 3:45. When I did get there, they still had to put together the one thing that did not need to be hot, the salad. The food was cold and the gyoza appetizer we paid for was not in the order. I was very disappointed because we have always had great food from Kay's.

Ordered for pick up, was ready shortly after arrival on New years eve ( busy time). Friendly and made substitutions for what they didn't have.

This was my first time eating Kay’s and the food was great and the portion sizes were even bigger! I got the egg roll, fried rice, soup, honey walnut chicken, and teriyaki chicken as my meal. The lady who was taking orders and handling take out was friendly as well.

So delicious! The almond chicken had amazing flavor. The owner was very accommodating to a request for my picky eating toddler!

We were there for dinner last night, hadn't been there in a while and were excited for dinner. That all changed when our food came!! The Almond chicken was so bad you couldn't even chew it plus it just tasted like old grease. The gravy had no flavor at all! It was by far the worst meal we had ever been served in a restaurant ever!!! The teriyaki chicken was slimy and just didn't taste right either, we left our food on the table and left, it was really that bad. I don't know what happened but we used to love their food but we will never be back!
